Back to school and feeling confined and bummed out? When you are spending all your time inside studying and watching TV it can have a negative impact on your mood. Go for a walk, play basketball or walk your dog, being outside can restore your good mood. The oxygen in the fresh air you are breathing improves your mood and attitude. Sunlight and the oxygen from the plants and trees will revive you and leave you fresh to beat your opponent in the next 'online' game battle, your home work and /or just dealing with your family!
