Did you hear? - Demi Moore

The story broke, Demi Moore rushed to the hospital, possible overdose.  How many times did we read that about celebs.  Being connected to that industry, I can tell you  more often than you actually read about!  So sad though.  My mom stops me all the time, knowing that I want to excel in that industry as well.  Then, listening to her the stories roll in alarmingly,  who wants to deal with that all the time?  Sure, the benefits seems amazing but so raunchy.  However, I do have good examples as well.  There are actresses I am friends with who turned out super smart, graduated from college at age 16 and 18.  All that while they were acting and making awesome movies for Disney and such.  From what I can tell, those people do not get caught in the Hollywood scandals.  So, why does it happen that many times to so many celebs?  Just because you have the means to let yourself go and do whatever you want?  Is that good enough?  Demi Moore has awesome kids.  What could they possibly think about it.  Also, Demi was in a power girl movie - Charlies Angels, remake by Drew Barrymore.  Who, incidentally, had her own struggles with fame, growing up an actress and substance abuse.  Is the problem the people who surround the famous person?  A growing circle of fake friends? Lack of guidance by parents? Education? Or lack of self confidence?  What happened to just say NO!  It might not be so easy if they are all pushing you, but the result is the same!  Do NOT do it.  You are the leader of your own destiny.  No money, no person, no material thing can destroy your true character.  At least, should not be able to.  We lose so many amazing people to substance abuse and really bad decisions.  I am asking YOU to stand up for yourself.  Famous or not.  Every person has fantastic trades.  All of us have a 'down' minute but we can regroup.  Be strong and keep a clear head, mind and body.  I think if we could get used to that, many things would change.  And as for the world of fame: less reports about amazing people, we adore, on drunken rampages, DUIs, bad parties and arrests.  Imagine, only good press about Lindsy Lohan.  Gossip is fun and often fueled by really bad incidents.  But, gossip is also fun when its funny and positive.  Like 'Kaboom' - earlier story.
In closing, this was compiled because we adore many people and get so many bad things to hear.  We want to keep it more on a positive note here. Our thought was to address that issue and hopefully get some readers to see you are not alone.  It actually does not matter that you are famous or not.  Do you!  People will like you.  For each individual they are people who think just like you.  You may not find them this second but soon.  It is totally ok to say no and turn others away if you do not agree with their decisions.  They can be themselves while you stay true to you.

Dear celebs, support a change, stay cool and 'clean'
