Now that school started and you have to make the transition to an earlier sleep schedule, it may be tougher to fall asleep. It may even be a bad dream waking you up. No worries, you can now rest easily with this trick: Inhale through your nose while pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth, then exhale through your mouth, letting your tongue drop. Go ahead and repeat this for 3 minutes. When you are doing this, it is said that you are slowing down your breathing. In addition, it gives you something to focus on, in case you may have any silly and exciting thoughts which keep you awake.... Justin Bieber, Thilo Berndt, ... lol - just kidding! This will get you the sleep you need to be fresh for school. You wouldn't want to miss out on the gossip with your besties, would you?
