The deep ocean covers more than 60% of the Planet's surface; it regulates our climate and contains some of the least known and most extraordinary creatures on Earth. Little sunlight, if any, reaches beyond 3,000 feet, so deep sea fish create their own light, called 'bioluminenscence.'
