Can't make it to the next Justin Bieber concert? Your mom does not allow you to go to one of his performances? We can still make that happen! We had this amazing fan who sent us this video, it was from a concert in Australia. She did mention, that Justin was teasing his audience quite a bit!! lol So, get some popcorn and a lighter (or find the lighter app on iPhone :) ) and sit back and enjoy the video.
