The very confident you

Have you always admired the 'In' Crowd at school?  Do you feel not so confident when it comes to making friends and connections in school?  No need for that!  Here are some tips on how to improve your 'school personality' to regain your inner strength:

Voice yourself
Find your inner voice.  Feel free to tell others what you think about things.  YOUR opinions count and if you voice it - others will not try to convince you their way.  Express your feelings.

Show the real you
Tell others what you like and what you do.  Sports, music and even what you enjoy watching on TV.  Share your interests and you will find what you have in common with other kids.  You make friends this way and it is positive feedback for others.  Next time they can come to you and discuss what you all saw on TV the night before.

Share your opinion
What you think matters.  Share your opinion.  It gives other kids a clear picture where they stand with you and who you are.  The stronger your appearance, the less they will try and convince you of theirs.  It is good to 'exchange' yourself with others, his way, you wont 'bottle up' your real personality.
